TERMS & CONDITIONS (FOR ONLINE ORDERS)

• Takeaway orders only (from our workshop at No.16, Bodhiyangana Mw, Kandy) 
• Orders can be collected two days after the date of order (Collection between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.)
• Colors of the final product may change as mixed colors are been used.
• We accept VISA / Master Debit and Credit cards, Amex, FriMe, eZCash, Sampath Vishwa, LOLC iPay & HelaPay
• Premiumcakes.lk will bear no liability for any failure or delay in delivery arising out of circumstances beyond our control. 
• In case of an unusual delay due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be contacted and notified.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• All regular order cancellation must be made 36 hours prior to pickup date (10% of the total will be charged for cancellation)

• 50% of the total will be charged for cancellation less than hours specified above before pickup.

• Full amount will be charged for cancellation less than 24 hours before pickup
