- Takeaway orders only (from our workshop at No.16, Bodhiyangana Mw, Kandy)
- Orders can be collected two days after the date of order (Collection between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.)
- Colors of the final product may change as mixed colors are been used.
- We accept VISA / Master Debit and Credit cards, Amex, FriMe, eZCash, Sampath Vishwa, LOLC iPay & HelaPay
- Premiumcakes.lk will bear no liability for any failure or delay in delivery arising out of circumstances beyond our control.
- In case of an unusual delay due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be contacted and notified.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All regular order cancellation must be made 36 hours prior to pickup date (10% of the total will be charged for cancellation)
50% of the total will be charged for cancellation less than hours specified above before pickup.
Full amount will be charged for cancellation less than 24 hours before pickup
