The R L Clement Cake Decorating School is dedicated to providing the knowledge of Cake Decorating which is of an international standard.
Many of the R L Clement Cake Decorating School's local and international students have thrived in the world stage for cake decorating and sugar artistry.
The Knightsbridge PME School of Cake Decorating was launched in 2004 with a mission to share its extensive knowledge of cake decorating. It remains at the forefront of innovative teaching ideas and courses and with a team of highly talented teachers including international authors, judges, contributors to magazines and gold medal winners has grown to be one of the largest independent schools in the UK.

The Wilton School of Cake Decorating and Confectionery Art is where it all started, attracting students from more than 165 different countries, all 50 states, and even the tiniest of islands. The most rewarding aspect of my 35+ years of teaching is seeing the wonderful things students go on to achieve after taking classes at the Wilton School. Our Master Series in particular opens so many doors for passionate beginners looking to become masters of the art, whether as a hobby or a future career. Since 1929, The Wilton School has graduated thousands of master decorators and taught so many others of all ages.
